The location was perfect! The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Price on point! I have stayed a few times and have decided on future trips I will look no further. This hotel is it for me!! Thank you for a comfortable, quiet, comfortable stay.

My only 😔 was no milk! But so be it off to the shops I went...next time I remember to bring my own. Was still great.

The room was well-appointed and huge. the accommodation had a central setting to CBD with free public transport. - It was near two tram routes.

Everything was good, so where lovely views over the gardens. The location was excellant, for example, Melbourne Museum was relatively close to the hotel.

would love to stay here again, thoroughly enjoyed this place, thank you. the hotel is quiet and in a fantastic location near public transport. the rooms are quiet, huge, and come with a lounge and a kitchen. the bathroom is reasonably large and the bed is extremely comfy.

my double room and all facilities were good. i had a lounge and a kitchen area, very comfy bed. the location to a museum and a theatre set walking distance to the hotel was excellent and fantastic. bars and restaurants were walking distance to the place.

Spacious and well-equipped rooms, plus the staff here really know their stuff! the bed was ultra comfy 😊, and the bathroom was a good size.

Very conveneint, right next to Melbourne museum and walking distance of the city. Rooms cleaned daily and spacious and comfortable rooms.

Good facilities, frendly staff, close to city

The location was bangin', just a short tram ride away from the Rod Laver/MCG precinct where we caught an insane show and cheered our hearts out at a sick sporting event. The apartments were off the chain with all the essentials for a lit stay, like a washer/dryer and DVD player. The staff were so chill and always had our backs. And let's not forget the dope garden setting that made us feel like we were in a legit oasis!

I deeply appreciate the staff of quest royal gardens. They gave us great help during the trip. Especially, one day I miss the car rental company office hour and cannot contact them. The reception staff help me to contact them and help me to settle the problem.

Overall it was big size for a family event. It was in a GREAT location to great restaurants & cafes on Gertrude St Good size.

Quiet and great hotel within walking distance to a tram station. Generously sized rooms with excellent facilities. - Early check-in and late check-out options available, with excellent staff. - Fantastic setting with bars and restaurants nearby, making for a stunning experience. - Convenient location for a longer stay.

Our apartment was of a good size for 4 adults and had 2 bathrooms which was really helpful - however non slip bath mats would be a good idea. The Reception staff were very helpful with Taxis and advice on Trams etc. Lovely quiet location near City transport.

Very happy but as already mentioned, non-slip mats in bathroom would help.
